Key Responsibilities:

● Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create detailed

project plans with timelines and resource allocation.

● Execution & Monitoring: Lead project execution, monitor progress, and adjust plans as

needed; regularly communicate status to stakeholders.

● Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and

collaboration; support team members to achieve project goals.

● Risk & Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues promptly, and

escalate critical concerns as necessary.

● Quality & Delivery: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards; coordinate testing and

deployment, and maintain project documentation.

● Budget Management: Monitor budgets, manage resources, and ensure financial

constraints are met.

● Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, manage

expectations, and facilitate meetings.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

● 4+ years of IT project management experience in software delivery.

● Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

● PMP or similar certification is preferred.
